After going back and doing more research, we decided on a watch and came back to the outlet to purchase. Terence was patient and no hard selling, he knows his watches and was very open to share with us his knowledge.

Justin was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly person and you would feel comfortable talking to him without feeling pressured at all. Despite myself being a long time watch enthusiast, he told me some useful information that even I was not aware of.
