Food came very slow and there was just two other person in the cafe who was already served. There was only one person behind the counter and he was not friendly at all and he was mostly grumpy. Waited 30 mins for a waffle chicken sausage. But the food was good and worth the price. Ok place to have a simple meal.

A peaceful and nice cafe hidden away in Rainbow Centre! The omurice was surprisingly good. Ketchup was sweet and complemented the rice and curry well. Latte was super nutty and smooth, just the way I like it.

Heard about the soothing, peaceful ambience of this cafe and decided to check it out. In the middle of our phase 2 tightening measures so the place was deserted. Only another couple and us. We had the Japanese rice bowl where we could choose 1 protein, 2 dressings (1 for protein and 1 for salad), 4 sides and 5 green salad items. Love this bowl. The chicken was hot and tasty, the salad and sides were fresh and tasty, and the sauces blended everything well. We also had the beef kebab which was chock-a-block with ingredients. The sauce settled at base of kebab so became too much for a lactose-intolerant me. Passed to hubby to finish. Next time, I'll tell them to skip the sauce for me. Beef was a bit on the salty side for me but I don't add salt to food. Hubby thought it was fine. We finished with a junior waffle which came with 2 nuggets (nice) and a very salty cheese sausage. However there was a side of fresh salad to offset. Americano was average. The Creme Bulee latte was way too sweet for hubby's liking. We'll come again for the rice bowl, the lovely atmosphere and nice music and coffee without sugar. Nice place to chill and while the afternoon away from the stress and bustle of life.

Had the gyu-don and iced americano for lunch. Gyu-don was tasty and filling while the coffee was passable. Just a bit pricy for coffee.

Ambience is good, coffee is ok too. However, the waiting time is about 25min, its 1 man show. My chicken pie still cold. The brunch menu abit expensive, and tasted normal only.

Tried their coffees for the first time today! It was really good and strong enough! Special thanks to Filmer for being so friendly and making our visit a lovely one :) Come and support this amazing little cafe that employs differently abled staff with great drinks and food!

TLDR; expensive, but worth a try. Ordered a second item, after the Gyu Don sumptuous taste, wanted to try the cafe’s top items. Really love the taste of the Gyu Don black pepper beef, reminds me of eating black pepper crab ? super tasty beef 4/5 LEEKS, would’ve given 5/5 but slightly expensive for the portion they gave. Filled my stomach with a second item(carbonara), and spent approx of $32 for this two items. Their egg is rather unique! ??

This small cafe is situated inside the Rainbow Centre and has about 5-6 tables. The menu was extensive, which is impressive given that it is a one-man operation. As such, the waiting time may be a little longer than usual and food quality may be compromised. For example, the eggs for the benedict and gyu don tasted like they were microwaved. The beef looked great with the right redness but was quite tough when I bite into it. Coffees were good though. Staff was polite and friendly too. Prices may be on the high side but there were neither GST nor service charges. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
