★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend Miss Wee Ying Shuang for her patience, excellent service and great knowledge when I visited the boutique yesterday.
Not only she was very polite, she took the effort to show me many models of Grand Seiko. Throughout the process, she was explaining about the individual models and never showed signs of impatience.
Though I left the boutique without getting a piece but her impeccable service left me a great impression.

Thanks to Bryan Pay - Assistant manager, for attending to me. Although I bought one of the lowest cost models, he still provided the best service.
Let me tried many watches and explained thoroughly and slowly the mechanics of tuning automatic watches.
