An unfortunate shadow of their former self. Chicken wings of theirs which I so loved, are just as crispy but now dry and tasteless bland. Sambal seems sweeter than I'd remembered. Very ordinary nasi lemak today. No queue yet service with an attitude from the elder gentleman working the stall today.

Queued around 45min 10:45am for these 2 plates of β€œRoyal Rumble” Nasi Lemak ($6.50). The rice was fluffy & infused with coconut milk aroma basmati rice which making this Nasi Lemak taste awesomely good together with sweet-taste sambal. The chicken wing are crispy but it’s a bit tasteless. The otah & bergedil taste pretty decent too. In conclusion, it’s a plate of above average Nasi Lemak comparing to the neighbouring stall.

Have been missing a good nasi lemak. I feel Changi Village ones are overrated. So finally went over to Adam road to get it. Looooong queue. But it was worth the wait. Chicken was fried to perfection. Rice was very nice and fluffy. Loved their chili, not too sweet or spicy. Ikan bilis was kind of overfried. Shop staff use timer when cooking to make sure they work efficiently and not compromise on taste at the same time. Overall, I feel satisfied of having eaten a good nasi lemak after a long time. Chicken set is $4.50. They open at 7am and close at 5pm on weekdays, 3pm on weekends. Friday is their off day, take note.

my only go to, nasi lemak. the nasi lemak has a decent taste of coconut milk, and they only use basmati rice.. whenever i come to sg, this stall is a mandatory visit place

One of the better Nasi Lemak place we like. Unfortunately, the β€œikan kuning” was sold out even at 10am. The friendly Stall holder β€œDave” said there was no fish for last two days and when the fish was available this morning, it was sold very quickly. We had to settle for Set C which was the fried chicken wing with ikan bilis/peanut mix, fried egg and two slices of cucumber. It was good as we like their basmati rice, of course with their special Sambal Chilli.

B and G sets were gone by the time we got there around noon. The portion was good and the otak was pretty good. I had a royal flush. Wait didn't take too long but there usually is a line.

The queue wasn't really long but the waiting time was. I see the people in the queue are ordering like 1-2 plates and the turnaround time was quite fast, but they were preparing all the big pre orders which was like for the whole kampong in between customers causing the queue not to move for some time. Food wise, I would say it's better than average but not really to consider fantastic. The only thing I liked was the bismati rice and the sweet-and-not-so-spicy chili. The other items on the list were pretty normal. Menu wise quite fixed, and they don't really have the flexibility to add extra stuff. I don't really blame them as it might just jam up the queue, and I wished they have egg!
