Order the $3.50 Sheng Mian soup. It’s my first time having Sheng Mian and didn’t know what to expect. It’s not bad but the Sheng Mian is abit like eating yellow noodle soup which I didn’t really like. Otherwise I say the portion is very generous and I couldn’t finish for a small female eater. Soups is not bad but feel abit like they added bit of msg. Queue moved quite fast even on sat 1pm crowd.

Seletar Sheng Mian & Mian Fen Guo was located at Seletar Food Centre and now they have moved to Kebun Baru Food Centre. They are really good with the noodles and do make their own hand-pulled noodles. The Sheng Mian is thin stringy noodles while Mian Fen Guo is thick and flat noodles. You get to choose the noodles either one of them or both for dry or soup based. They are generous with the portion of minced pork, vegetables, and prawns for each bowl of noodle.

Came here initially to try another stall but unfortunately they were already sold out for the day. Decided to give another stall a try since I am already here. Saw this stall with a long queue previously when I was here. Decided to join the queue to try their food, have to say the queue moved faster than expected. 10mins later, it was already my turn to order. I was actually quite lucky to get the 2nd last bowl before they close for the day. The bowl of noodle starts from SGD$3.50 onward, it comes in either soup or dry. If i am not wrong, there are a few selections of noodle to choose from. Ordered the medium portion, it comes with prawn, sliced and minced pork, veg and an egg. Soup was almost have a gravy like consistency and it was very tasty. The soup also has a smoky taste to it which I personally think that it was fantastic. I would come back again in the future to try the dry version. A pieces of advise would be to go after the lunch crowd around 1.20 to 1.45pm if you want to avoid the queue.

Nice qq and chewy noodles. A well balanced bowl noodles with decent portion of pork and prawns. Try!

Had a sumptuous n value-for-money portion lunch. The soup is definitely flavourful with lots of ingredients (pork , egg, veggies, fried anchovies) . Minus one star as I was waited in queue for close to 15mins but they served another uncle who came and jump the queue 5-6 take away orders first. Should have consider customers who had spent long time queuing up .

This was a really hearty bowl of soup noodles ($3.50)! The noodles were cooked aldente and it has a variety of protein (pork, prawn and egg)! The queue wasn’t too bad at 8am. I’ve tried both in this market but still can’t decide which one I like better!

Childhood memories. I had sheng mian. Taste good as usual but noodle texture not as smooth as donkey years ago. Will always visit if around ang mo kio. Must wait long long . :)

Waited around 20 mins when I arrived at around 9 am. Dried version seems to be a better choice after tasting the soup that came along with it. Nice bowl of noodles. I had the $4 version. Just nice for a hearty breakfast. Could give it a try if you are around the area. Limited seating due to the current situation.
