Generous amount in their ingredients. Also come with a good chunk of pork lark. Good for those who love it. Also, they have limited noodle type, only available with yellow noodle, rice noodle and their main bee tai bak.

Delicious Bi Tai Mak ?Al dente springy noodles tossed in a savoury hse sauce, filled with mushroom mince pork, bak you pok, fishballs and fish cake. Its balance of sauces, just the right proportion of vinegary goodness and spiciness from the chilli is what makes the BTM so tasty. This is one of my go-to hawker food, with consistency in taste and cooking. Highly recommended to try.

Nice, and quite different from the version found in the usual bak chor mee stalls. We ordered dry version, it was tasty but maybe a bit salty for some people. Serving size was generous, but the soup was rather bland. Soya sauce chili was a mixture of finely chopped red and green chili, unlike some places where red chili padi are scissors cut in chunks. When we reached there at noon, Johor bee tai mak was sold out 'long ago' according to the stall lady, so we'll need to go much earlier next time. Overall, it is a place worth dropping by if we are around, but we probably won't make a special trip for it.

Very unique kind of bi tai mak gravy food. Makes me think of JB where they also serve similar food. Delicious... Come with strong peppery taste. Recommend to try.

I like the Johor Bi Tai Mak, the soup is flavorful with minced pork, spring onions, small shrimp and crispy salted fish diced

Bi Tai Mak is like our own local version of Udon. This store has a few things on menu, but I came back 2nd time for the Johore Bi tai mak - item Love the rich ingredients and the flavour of the thickened broth. The bowl of bi tai mak was served sufficiently hot. I will definitely patronzie again.

Arrived at 10.30am to try their much vaunted Johor Bi Tai Mak but it was sold out. So I settled for their Fishball Pork Minced Dry Noodle and added $1 for two pieces of pork trotters. The Bi Tai Mak is really different. There is a chewy quality not found in your average stall. The pork trotters was a good decision. They were more meaty than fat and collagen packed. These are not your vinegar ginger type but those braised in peanut soup type. I always add extra chilli and vinegar and this is one rare occasion I regretted my choice. Their chilli looks innocent and harmless but it packed a lot of heat. The umami fishball soup helped a lot. Must come back soon, this time earlier to try their Johor Bi Tai Mak!
