★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there to buy a doorbell, seeing that we are in a hurry, staff warned that it may not be suitable but still encouraged us to buy as we can bring the product back within 7 days. However he did not clarify that it could only be exchanged and not refunded. We made the purchase on the understanding that we could be refunded as long as the packaging is intact. Felt cheated.
