★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order porridge, beef with asparagus n golden tofu.
Porridge is good.
Beef with asparagus - too salty(so salty that I need a bowl of water to "wash" the seasoning.
Golden tofu- chef totally miss out so had to cancel.
Overall food experience- not great.
Last time ordered a vegetable dish- it was tasteless. Next time if I will to go back I only want to order their porridge or noodles only. Will not consider to order other side dish.

Don’t need to wait too long for food after ordering. They served water ( chargeable ) if you wish to secure a seat, come early or check if reservations are available.
The Chee Chong fun with dough fritters taste a little strange with the peanut sauce , I still prefer the regular Chee Chong fun sauce…
My friends ordered other dim sum such as siew mai, char siew bao, spicy dumplings.. Carbo wise we had HK fried noodles, scallops/seafood porridge .

I had fond memories of crystal jade’s roasted pork.
Skin was super crispy!
But was very disappointed by the “crispy roasted pork”.
Was not crispy at all. Taste like it has been left there for a long long time. The skin was tough to chew.
The sauce, presumably from the roasted duck, made it worse.. maybe it’s my own fault for ordering these 2 on a platter. Or maybe nowadays their speciality is fatty char siew so the rest are just average.
Roasted duck with plum sauce was also meh.
Garoupa congee was the saving grace.. Creamy and smooth.
But the fiShy smell got worse towards the end..
Maybe it’s frozen fish?
Service is good. But the food really isn’t to my liking.
Been a while since I can’t even finish my food..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for late lunch at 3pm and restaurant was very quiet. Served by very friendly staff and manager. Nice Cantonese style cuisine. Xiao Long Bao is juicy but my son can't take the overwhelming Hua Diao Jiu so i get to eat all of them... Hahaha...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order sweet and sour pork. It’s beautifully done. Sweet and sourness all in one bite. You can taste the critic acid tanginess with the sweetness in the sauce.
The pork is a little too dry though.
Braised eggplant with minced pork in claypot. Classic flavour !
Spicy wantons are normal and okay.
Service is attentive and warm !
