C	Chen Carina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience at shop was not bad but had the WORST delivery experience. Delivery timing indicated as 12-3pm and we waited since 12. Had called them earlier in the morning to check if they can tell us a more specific timing but nope they say the deliveryman will call 30mins before reaching (That is ok...). But no call at 2.45pm so we called and they call back to say 30mins more. At 3.15, there was still no news from them so we called AGAIN for the 3rd time and staff says she will rush them. The delivery man then called at 3.25 to say will reach in 15mins and he is still late by another 5mins. Main point is no courtesy to notify customers that they will be late and wait for customers to call to ask. Plus this is poor planning to pack their schedule and wasted our day waiting for them to come. Unacceptable especially since they are an established brand and the product also seem quite roughly made (check on their end despite it not being their product)

T	Taj Imran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there at IMM to browse and was attended to by Mr KC Low who was excellent in both his friendly manner and product knowledge. He was so helpful and efficient that we ended up purchasing our hood, hob, oven and microwave on that day. No pushiness, he told us the pros and cons - spent a lot of time going through the specs and products and listening to my endless concerns. Do look for him for an enjoyable experience.
G	Golden Silence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust the negative reviews. Their plumbers can't even fit 1 tap properly, next day it burst my pipe. They sent another 3 plumbers also cannot solve the problem. I had to change another tap after they say the problem lies with my sink. Hello, I bought my sink together from you ok? Then the toilet seat cover soft closing became fast closing. I had to bring it down and they say I spoilt it. Don't know what to say.

Z	Zion Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betty from IMM does not listen to customer’s concern when issue arises and only side their own delivery man. We need to speak to a higher management officer, Jon, in order to get our issues settled. He even went to the extend of exchanging the item one to one without any charges. Gladly appreciate that however, Jon did not give the customer an explanation of what happen during the delivery. Isn’t it he’s responsibility to at least give the customer a call to explain? If we do not persist to speak to Jon, we would have stupidly paid another $200 as advice by BETTY for the item we purchased and sent to us crack. Though the issue had settled without us paying extra, I would gladly say that we are not at fault of the thing that was cracked. Poor services from BETTY and JON.
D	Damien Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sales services. Sales personnel from the outlet and main office will not follow-up regarding installation issues. Their own external plumber is the one who took the effort to follow-up instead. Trust all the negative reviews given and avoid this store. There are plenty of other options available elsewhere for your purchase needs with better services.
