Did a total of 7 items. BMW F10 Owners should know their Yellow Caps will degrade over time and leak. This is the best place to do it. Its competitively priced and done good and fast. Changed Ignition Coil and Spark Plugs altogether while i changed my Valve Cover Gasket as well. Do take note that all items were bought myself as i have some points to collect by doing so. When i went down to do some preventive maintenance on a vehicle i bought not long ago they also discovered there were already sludge build up and had to be treated. They showed me signs and symptoms and i went to take a close up look and indeed there was. Hence a flushing treatment was done to remove/help with the sludging. Subsequently i realized that i had to top up my coolant just 3 days ago but did not spot any leaks. I did move forward and asked them to check on the radiator and top hose. ( i am quite well versed with the mechanics involved in fixing a car as i was attached to a manufacturing plant in Germany for some time ). Subsequently when i told them to check the radiator we spotted some stains and possibly why i had to actually top up my coolant. He did mention that it is not necessary to change and it was very minor. I decided to purchase the parts and replace it regardless. After closer examinations we spotted that my engine mount screws ( which were made of aluminum was broken and barely holding in place ) We had to get those resolved as well. Prices were quoted reasonably and hence i went forward with the repairs. I collected the car next day with all issues rectified and a bill that would honestly shock most people because of how low it is compared to servicing at another workshop/agent. Would Strongly Recommend Bimmers to go there for parts replacement/service.

Everybody here is super friendly and helpful even though they are busy. Ah Wai is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I don't know anything about car parts but he explained so clearly that I have no more doubts. Leslie is also a super capable lady working in the office. She seems to know all the car parts of different models car by heart. She also called to inform owners to send car later if there is a delay so to not keep car owners waiting longer here. Well done and keep up the good work!
