Went back recently to purchase LED kitchen light. Staff has always been consistently friendly and knowledgeable. A little pricey installation fee but workmanship has always been quick, clean and very good.

The assistant will step forward and offer their help like what i was looking for. Once the needs has been established, she will bring me to the section that focus on the specific products. First thing i asked was for any discounts. And the assistant pointed to me the sets of products with ongoing promotions. She went into the extend to demonstrate how to use the products. After deciding on the specific products, we went directly to place the order and appointment making with the contractor was smooth and convenient. Contractor came earlier than expected and completed the installation of the lights very efficiently and in a neat and tide manner. I had gotten 6x lightings installed for my own house, and my parents. Definitely will recommend Sembawang Lighting House to my friends and will return back for my own needs. One thing to suggest: Maybe we can request from the contractor to reduce the installation fee =p Happy customer. =)

Delivery was fast but we have to reschedule the installation as our home renovation hasn't complete. And once the renovation work completed, we gave them a call and Sembawang Lighting was able to schedule the installation date within a few days. Surprise that only 1 person came done for the installation and he did an awesome job. Overall happy with Sembawang Lighting products and services..

At the store, they introduced us, Crestar and Bestar and we go ahead with their recommendations as first time owners, both of these fans turned out to be great and we frequent use them. Installer is also very experienced and have handy tools. He managed to help me find screws to attach the fan blades to the body as there was missing piece. Will recommend you guys to check them out even though it's far, ps, we stay in the east. Thumb up for good service, keep it up.

Was noted that there was an under delivery of an item which I also missed out on the invoice. But the boss was very helpful and sent over at once upon confirmation via phone. Great service!
