Seng Bee Fishball Minced Meat Noodle - Blk 724 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6

This stall has been here for ages, manned by an elderly uncle selling minced meat noodle and chicken meat laksa. Ingredients found in the minced pork noodles are fishball, meatball, mushroom, lettuce, minced meat and very tender lean meat slices. The fishball is springy and very delicious (not too salty). But however, the noodle lacked of the springy feel. There’s also a bowl of soup, which is rich and has a mild sweet taste, capturing the essence of all the juices from ingredients. Chicken Laksa. Basically rice vermicelli with tau pok and slices of steamed chicken meat. The laksa gravy was lighter and more watery. Not as spicy as others. To me, this is a nice traditional comfort meal at a pocket friendly price, would definitely return again.
