Possibly the best wanton mee I have ever eaten. The son of the owner is also very handsome and is a RSN Sailor! Kudos to our Singaporean Son serving the nation! Most customers queue just to get a glimpse of him.

This place is in a great location! It was easy to find through recommendation and the environment The food was alot nicer now through the revised version made by the son of the owner. The food now has a modern and fusion taste that increased the umami of the wonton noodle. Especially try the dry wonton. The service was exponential, the workers was slightly clueless but with excellent service. The son was also very generous with the food serving. I heard if you tell the owner a promo code which is given from the son. You will even be given a discount. I also heard the son regularly goes to the store to help out, even while wearing his Navy uniform.

Honestly, I like the wanton mee of this stall. The stall is run by owner himself, not run by workers. So the sincerity and authenticity of the dish is there. I will rank the wanton mee pretty high up in my list actually. However, I cannot stand the attitude of the old lady attending to customers. Not sure she's the lady boss, or just an assistant. Her attitude is really lousy. This negates any positivity of the noodles. Plus slower than normal serving speed.

Worse wanton noodle stall. Regret queuing for it. First & last time patronising. Noodle - hard texture & seems like uncooked. Soup - tasted like bonito soup, fishy. Char siew - super dry and tough. Wanton - so-so. Queue for 30-40mins for it. After tasting, I totally don't understand why it takes so long. But I saw them playing video to watch which cooking & also many queue cutting. Perhaps these are the reason for long waiting time.

Visited AMK 268 food centre this Sunday morning. Had Wanton noodle from Seng Huat Noodle house. One of the many stalls with long queue. Queued for almost 25mins before it was my turn to order. Along the way, there were quite a few people that left the queue. Other than wanton noodle, they also sell dumpling and braised mushroom noodle. I had their wanton noodle which starts from SGD$3.50 onwards. Noodle was nicely cooked, has a good texture. Portion wise, seem just right, could do with more vegetable. Didn’t really like the sauce over here, tasted ketchup in the sauce, I might be wrong. The small portion comes with only 2 wantons. Overall, it’s quite a decent wanton noodle but it not my preferred.

Second stall near the main entrance from the bus stop. This noodle stall is managed by a pair of senior couple. The queue is always long, because I think they take a while to prepare the noodles. But the noodles are individually prepared. Popular dishes is the wanton Mee. Wanton is juicy and melts in the mouth. Char Siew is not too fatty and just nice. Noodles are springy, but not the best I've tasted. Giving 4 stars because of the noodles, but everything else is good. Would come again if there weren't a long queue! They have a long queue everytime!

Saw long queue, so give it a try. Its a long wait time, and the wanton noodles is just average only. Noodles abit undercooked. Chilli sauce average only. The soup, can clearly taste sesame oil in the soup. Their wantons, too much chestnut. Long queue is because, the owner is really slow. Don't waste time queuing. Not really worth it.
