At the gantry if you have issues with entry using the activeSG app there will be people there to help you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a huge place with lot of waterbodies for all ages. Variety of slides and fountains for kids. Cost effective and very well maintained facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and helpful. Hope Covid period ends soon so we can get the full value of the price we paid for, including the jacuzzi that's close for the covid period. Now we are still paying the same price, but just for the pool (and also limited to 1 hr). The pool was relative empty due to social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the pool is a beautiful and quiet place, there are some who also wish to suntan only as well. Hence the sun deck which was designed in. However there are only 1-2 working sun tanning chairs, with most of them spoilt. Or not being repaired at all, this is the single most major flaw with this pool beside that, it's perfect for swimming during off peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family oriented Swimming Area with basic slides and stuff. Noticed a cafe at the entrance inside the pool. Just the basic facilities and stuff but can crowded during weekends. Not bad for trying...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better swimming pools in Singapore, but looking forlorn in covid times. Hope some day we can return to normal swimming activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a big pool for kids and adult but most of the time it is used for swimming lessons. The slides seems to be closed or under renovation cause they were blocked. There were lifeguards standing by the pools but no one seems to be using the pools though. There are several pools, the small one used for the lesson were quite pack with kids.
It will close when there is bad weather (heavy rain). There might be queue formed to get in at certain time.
