My husband and I were deciding between Dillion and another Id. Having touched by his sincerity and creativity, we finally settled with Dillion. As customer, our expectation of a good ID is the responsiveness, the willingness to accept our suggestions and to be on site for any amendments and necessary supervision. And Dillon has it all. He made a point to drop by the site despite his busy schedule, and try to iron things out to the best of his ability. I can truly see his passion towards his job. Not forgetting his frequent famous words to us, "Dont worry, small matter. I will try my best to work it out for you" We have given Dillon a very tight timeline and we are glad that he managed to hand our love nest over on time. Thumbs up on his carpenters as well. Some may feel that price is slightly premium, the workmanship and after sales service totally justify. The workers are friendly and most Importantly, they adhere to your instructions, and take extra care in not messing up your place. Dillion has what it takes to be the right ID for us. We had a wonderful experience with Sense & Semblance. Our ID, Dillion was patience and efficient. He listens to us and understand our needs/requirements and work within our means. He responded to our call/text/issues very quickly. The overall design of our house was great, quite a handful of praises from people around us. There wasn't much difference between the drawings given with the actual designed product and we are glad that we've engaged him to design our little nest.

It has been a great experience working with Dilion from Sense & Semblance. Renovation cost was reasonable, and has definitely met our expectation at the end of the renovation to achieve what we want. Communication has been prompt, and Dilion has actively shared his recommendation and sought our views. Entire process of renovation was smooth, and we have gotten the renovation done within the timeframe much thanks to Dilion who have done a great job managing the project. Strongly recommend!

After meeting 8 IDs, we end up choosing Sense & Semblance and were glad that we made the right decision. Suki have always been prompt in responding right from the beginning and kept us updated regarding the progress of our reno the whole time . She was able to work within our budget, give practical advice during the reno planning yet fulfil what we want for our reno. We were in a hurry to move in to our new home and Suki was able to complete and handover to us in time as promised. Workmanship was good and we have minimal hiccups during the reno. While looking for a contractor, we were turned down or ignored by a number of companies, most likely because we had a low budget. Suki contacted us and walked us through the necessary work we needed to do for our resale flat. Never once she tried to push her ideas or sales on us. The renovation was managed very well by Suki. Every feedbacks we gave were taken seriously. Workmanship was great and reasonably priced too. We highly recommend Sense & Semblance. Suki and her husband takes pride in providing excellent service and work!

Suki and Dillion had done a great job in renovating our HDB resale flat. Both of them had put in great effort on the designing of our flat to make it cozy and comfortable and tried to keep it within our budget. Dillion had updated us on the progress of the renovation without us chasing for it. They are very responsive to address any concern that arises even after the hand over of our flat. They even went to the extra miles in helping us to source for any items which we required such as the refurbishing of the old furniture and household accessories. Overall, it was a very good experience and we are definitely recommending Sense & Semblance to everyone.

A very hard-working and friendly team! It has been a great experience engaging. Always on the ball when comes to communication and updates. They were able to cater to a few of my last-minute renovation needs despite the covid19 situation. Suki and Dilion constantly share their recommendation and advice base on my needs. My study room design was recommended by them and every when I have a housewarming, it makes my friends go "wahhhh!".

Dillion and his team was professional, they kept to the schedule, and the overall cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services, and will be using them as the contractors for our future real estate renovations. I have known Dillion since April of 2021,recommended by my buyer. I have found him to be consistently pleasant, dedicated and personable with an extensive knowledge in construction. IN addition to the above, Dillion has a take-charge personality and is able to tackle the most difficult tasks with confidence and a smile. He successfully settled things with Confidence and morale, which had been at an all-time low, was boosted tremendously due to his leadership. A direct result of this was a sharp decrease of material costs, timely completion of my unit, as well as on site that exuded quality, safety, and cleanliness. Dillion is a team player and would be a tremendous asset to any renovation project. Its just faith that we meet him and agreed on him to be our ID.
