★ ★ ★ ★ ★ with the average 3 star review of this outlet, i can see why. worst sephora outlet ive visited! 2 of the workers i spoke to really have attitude problem. one chinese lady with short hair and thick eyeliner with tattoes. and another guy by the name of leonard. if u dont like ur job thn work elsewhr thats not in the line of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short-hair plump sales assistant with thick eyeliner was very rude. She greets loudly with "have u scan safe entry?!" While having her back turned on customers. Sounds like a safety ambassador than a sephora sales assistant - I think she signed up for the wrong job. On the contrary, the long hair malay sales assistant was alot more welcoming. However, damage is done, we can't bother to shop more. As a renown chain, Sephora could do more in training customer service and do better in hiring.

The staff there were very helpful and friendly actually. I was waiting and waiting for the Dyson Airwrap stock to come in March and they wont know when is the delivery date. I have been walking in to the store almost everyday to check but they offered to call me once there's stock (not reservation)! Oh God! Really helpful.... They really call me to inform when the stock is here..! Thank you guys for going the extra miles♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best Sephora in Singapore (only Ngee Ann City & Ion outlets are as good). When I entered, Janice immediately assisted me and was really helpful and friendly in helping me. She also goes the extra mile to double check products for me, compare products and swabbed testers. She also helped us with checkout. Thank you for the experience :)
