Ross was very patient when i had a hard time deciding the cologne I wanted. She also had good product knowledge as she let me smell the different scents and explained the different notes in each of them. Definitely will shop here again.

Bad experience at Jo Malone MBS, served by an extremely rude sales person called Rebecca. Having such sales person in your organization will only tarnish Jo Malone reputation. Saw that many had complained about Rebecca but seems like nothing had been changed, be it the poor attitude or the bad customer service. Although such reviews might be useless, I hope your organization will one day take a serious look into this matter. Avoid MBS boutique at all cost.

This is fast becoming our fav place to go to for home / body scent and getting our sensory experience satisfied. We were served expertly by Ross who considered our preferences and recommended us a few diffusers for the master bedroom (we already bought the lavender lilac candle the previous time). In the end we went with the pomegranate noir which grew on us. For good measure, we also bought the (woody scent) sea salt shower/hand gel after trying the sample. Could have bought more if we didn't control ourselves ? but will be back before we know it.

Just been to Jo Malone Marina Bay Sands today Fri 17/09/21 around 3.05pm to buy a gift. Excellent service fr sales lady Artemis. She was so warm, friendly, humble, patient n listens to all my queries n requests n also rgave recommendations. If u r at this store, look for Artemis. Hope her company sees this review. She deserves all the commendation she gets. Sales guy Red was also very polite, making sure I get another thank you while leaving store. A wonderful classy shopping experience by these duo. An asset for the company.

Bad service. I was dressed in flip flops and a shabby shirt and I was the first in queue but the sales representative approached the 2 well dressed teenagers behind me instead, as though I was invincible. I then had to bring up that I was in the queue too then only I was served. Was in and out in less than 10 mins and spent $500 in the store. Probably took the staff by surprised. Requested if my samples could be all perfume samples instead of a mix of perfume & lotion sachets but was told off. Always thought that JoMalone is a really prestigious and reputable company and I believe there’s infinite of these samples over at their factory. Samples are usually freely given to foster relationships and inspire loyalty with existing customers. I frequently purchase perfumes from Chanel, Dior, Penhaligon or perhaps even Sephora - and they have all been more than willing to serve my needs as a customer. The Staff at Diptique don’t hesitate giving testers and samples to their customers, instead they give you more than you would expect. Free sample marketing is an act of giving products or services away to prospective customers for free, in hopes of generating more sales revenue for the company. Samples are used to promote company’s products - especially in the cosmetics line, let alone fragrances. In this case, I was already a converted customer - so I don’t understand why your staff had to stinge on or made it seem like my request was extremely difficult to comply. Billions of dollars are spent on sales & marketing, with many of your advertising budget put to increase target market outreach. You openly put out free offers on your website, and yet you sting and cut back on your existing loyal customer. Your company’s motto is : “Discover our range of services and benefits, designed to make your Jo Malone London experience even more delightful.” I would like to say my experience in Marina Bay Sands Jo Malone outlet was extremely disappointing and one of the most unpleasant experience I’ve had in any cosmetic stores.

Went to Jo Malone London at Marina Bay Sands the Shoppes to grab a last minute gift on behalf of a friend. Due to the small shop space and the current pandemic situation, the shop only allows for 2 customers to be in the shop at any one time when we were there. (Depending on the customers inside and how long they take to browse, you might have to queue a little longer). Even though we were in a rush, the staff was aware and zoomed straight to the point and professionally helped us narrow our choices from their array of scents without appearing stressed from the rush. We eventually picked from one of the popular scents and the staff wrapped it for us nicely though with haste and accuracy. Overall a pleasant expeience there. This outlet is located at B2, beside Estée Lauder.

Great hospitality by Artemis as always. She’s polite, patience and so warmth. And not to forget that she’s really professional on introducing and recommending the scents and perfume. Defined will look for her everytime when I would like to purchase something at Jo Malone ;)

I did my homework before purchasing Jo Malone products so upon reaching, I was greeted warmly by the staffs. Even though I straightaway requested for my products, the staff (apologies for not getting your name) introduced other products to me, in case I am interested in them. I politely declined & they are not pushy in selling. A plus point for me! No hard selling. They are very friendly with all smiles & knowledgeable in the products. Small store but I felt like as if I am in a boutique. Thank you for serving us well.
