β β β β β Had a great experience here. Was initially very worried about the service reviews here. But I was served by a very nice lady, I forgot to take her name but on the receipt it says Poh Fen.
Was given a lot of samples and she gave a very detailed explanation on how to use all of them.
My first AΔsop experience is definitely great.

β β β β β Typical Aesop store. Some of the Aesop staff can be a but snobby but the two ladies at this store were friendly. We got to smell the different sample items including shampoo and body cleansers. We were given free samples, but you have to ask, preferably after purchasing some items

This time ..
the potato was very hard. Beef was quite plain, salad too messy.
The service was slow. We needed to make repeated request for water n dessert.

β β β β β Poor service , walk into the shop no body bother to attend . Then I ask the staff I need a body wash . I ask to smell the scent . The scent was to my likening . Ask for some sample to try other products but was not given . Will not be back again to purchase their products ?lousy service and products are on the high price
