Hopeless human resource personnel! Wasting time finding out about one's resume. According to her, she's 'trying to piece the puzzle' as if she's playing jigsaw puzzle. Then a senior social worker, Gerard, is extremely obnoxious guy and wow, his attitude is atrocious. Wonder how he even became a 'senior social worker'. So many genuine employees of better calibre around BUT not appreciated! However, people like Gerard, throws his weight around. Not empathetic. Very unprofessional. Judgmental and hears only one side of the story. If he graduated from NUS Social Work, then the standards of NUS have obviously failed. His boss/supervisor is another joke! She's thanking the public for allowing social workers to be mindful of their words and actions when talking to the public! Seriously you got to be kidding me, right? You're paid so well and have a position/designation, and the public has to teach you about how you need to talk to members of public? Both the social workers - Gerard and Adeline have no clue they've so much dirt on their backs but think they're so 'perfect' and probably delusional that they are 'saviours' just because they are helping the needy. These workers come across as someone who'd possibly laugh at other people's misfortunes! I don't know them personally BUT the way they carried themselves unprofessionally speaks volumes of their lousy characters! Hypocrites in this FSC. Wonder why the clown below here said 'the best place in the world'?! Maybe he's out of his mind!
