Four years ago I brought my grandson to this clinic and to my surprise, the baby doctor was so experienced and my grandson got recovered real fast with the medicines that doctor prescribed. The doctor was so patience and know how to handled my grandson well...

Dr Yap is an experienced paediatrician. He always could advise us well on what causes our girl to fall sick and the condition and what to do. The medicine works well as well. Their medical recep also very professional and friendly.

The counter ladies are very unprofessional. They went to the doctor several times and they were all gossiping, talking loudly, having a bad attitude, and working very slowly.

Overall the process was quick but I felt the bill was on the higher side for consultation + 2 meds for $60. Also meds were definitely way more than needed for a 2-day mc(could last me a full week or 2)

Doctor Leong is kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the reception staff on duty this morning( shoulder-length hair, in yellow tshirt )is absolutely rude, loud and gets impatient with simple questions, this is not the first time i am seeing this attitude from her, and is completely unfortunate to have to see her again for this time. Past experience and impression was already bad and this time she missed to pass my card to the doctor, caused me extra waiting and when I asked her, she raised her voice to her other colleagues, pretending as if it's not her fault. Worst stil, NO apology from her at all. Her attitude is rather disturbing to patients who are already unwell. There is a sign clearly written' no talking in the clinic', no patient is talking but for the whole time she is the loudest in the clinic. Feel so sorry to other customers who need to encounter the same experience.

Visited on 22 Feb with my mum who tested positive. Dr Gregory Leong was very patient and friendly, same goes for the nurses/assistants at the reception. They were very detailed in explaining the dosage of each medicine and instructions for the coming days. Registration started on time at 2.30pm. Would've been better if benches were provided outside the clinic as patients with flu symptoms are not allowed to wait inside. Unsure of the usual charges as ours was subsidised.

Went here to get a PCR (privately paid) because my fiance caught COVID a week before our wedding, and I wanted to see whether or not I'd gotten infected so that I'd still have enough time to recover before the big day. I came in quite flustered and panicky (plus, I had flu symptoms) because our wedding plans were at stake, but Dr. Gregory Leong was very calm and reassuring after I explained to him my situation! I'd been waiting for 2 hours because there were so many patients, so he quickly administered a PCR *right* at the cutoff point for the day so that I would be able to get my results the same night. The staff were very professional too. Really great service from this clinic!!! Highly recommend!

Before I begin... The doctor (Dr Leong) would get 5 stars and the staffs probably 4 stars...but why the 3 stars here... So my daughter was ill and I saw the good reviews... But unfortunately it was a pretty long wait of about 1hr 35min (10 person in front of us) for the whole process. But I couldn't fault that as the doctor spend time to check properly on every patient and because he's good, that's why of the long queue yah. Just that if I knew the wait was so long, I would have went somewhere else. But more importantly was the after seeing doctor process... I was told that my daughter has to take an ART test (which I can uds), but after seeing the doctor, instead of administering the ART immediately, I was told to wait outside for my meds and then to wait for the ART at the back of the clinic while the doctors could managed to serve 2 more patients during that time. Took close to 20min for that. So my question would be why couldn't the doctor do the ART on the spot? And secondly, if the clinic is busy (and again not there fault), and with only 1 doctor, why couldn't they get someone else to be trained to do the ART, instead of taxing the poor doctor even further? And thirdly, while waiting about 15min at the back of the clinic (see picture), there was nowhere to sit and it's so heart wrenching to see my daughter suffering, standing up while waiting for the doctor to tend to other patients. If they are expecting the doctor to be busy, I think they could have made the area alot more comfortable. Luckily it wasn't raining...because if it was, then a patient could have gotten wet while waiting there. So all in all, they only deserve a 3 stars at most. Once again, am glad to have met Dr Leong...but the whole experience tells me I won't be back again anytime soon.
