★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located where the birds don't lay eggs. I go there no choice to replace my faulty Singtel ONT device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a little hard to find, even the taxi driver is lost. There is no signboards of the unit numbers, so it just a wild guess . Service experience is ok just a 1-1 exchange staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like singtel is changing strategy, it was doable at woodland causeway point. Not souch of providing value added services to its customers. Now so much hassle. At a place requires much longer traveling time. And not sure who the lucky working adult can afford to go before 5pm to exchange faulty devices. And doesn't operate on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No frills service station for SingTel if you need to change or collect the hardware that you get when subscribing to their services. Parking is available just outside the store front.
There isn’t a proper queue system in place and was lucky that there was only 2 customers in the waiting area. Wonder how they distinguish who was in the queue earlier without an organised waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if you live nearby don’t bother coming to this service centre. It’s pretty much a storeroom in a warehouse in the middle of no where. It’s hot, stuffy and dusty. No ventilation, not even fans. And I don’t get why it takes 3 people to serve 1 customer? What’s the point of giving queue numbers too when it’s all based off customers remembering who came first anyway.
