I engaged with ServiceBack through Fave as they had a great deal. Oussama was the engineer who came to the property and serviced the air conditioning units. I would like to say he is a very knowledge gentleman who goes to the extra mile in ensuring he's in his approach of work. After the initial booking through Fave, I decided to take a package out and requested him to only service the aircons. My point of contact was with Ella, her communication and interaction was seamless. I would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Have been getting a/c servicing from the company for quite a while now. The technician is always very careful and conscientious and will explain what's happening with the a/c and any additional services we may need. Was a little tough arranging for a suitable timing, lots of back and forth, but customer service officer was polite and patient. Will continue to engage their services.

Im already into 14 months with serviceback. My go to whenever my aircon needs help. Mr Karthik did quite a great job , im pleased . Right after chemical wash , i can now feel the cold air & he explains too my aircon condition . Quite knowledgable ???? Price is reasonable too. On time for aircon appointment & Ms Ella is responsive too for any enquiries on Whatsapp . Ive recommended their aircon service to my family too , will keep using them .

An excellent and amazing experience from start to finish (got my vinyl flooring done with them). Was serviced by Hakeem and he was very professional, knowledgeable and best of all warm and friendly. He was polite and responsive in all our communications and I was able to work well with him and his team. Serviceback has definitely got their business together - it was a smooth experience all the way from my first call being picked up by the office, to meeting the sales team (Hakeem) and liaising with the operations. Only issue I faced was last minute changes in the scheduled timings (delivery of materials, arrival of specialist) but honestly it didn’t leave any bad impression with me due to the overwhelmingly good service quality everywhere else. It was a breathe of fresh air to finally be working with a company that cares about their service and products.?

Service back really did a great job by settling my pop up tile issue and the salesperson Mr vishnu was very knowledgeable and advice me on what I can do for the issue and the team that he assigned did a perfect job not delaying and did a 100% job. The price is reasonable too. I am really happy with the complete outcome and I will like to give them project in future.

Serviceback was very professional in their work! They reply to queries very promptly. My compliments to the vinyl installation technicians for doing a very good job. He was very thorough and paying attention to little details! The vinyl quality is great too. Also, a huge thanks to the team for coordinating this whole vinyl installation. Highly recommended!

First of all, the workers are very diligent and hardworking on my painting project, and they are efficient too! However, the communication between the salesperson is absolutely a nightmare to work with. Before we started the painting project, we had made the appointment at 9:30 pm. When we reached 9:30 pm, we still could not see their workers or their supervisor appearing until we had to call up the salesperson. He probably forgot that we booked with him at 9:30, which he had confirmed to come by then, or didn't inform his workers to go at 9:30 pm, completely wasting our time. After their workers arrived, we figured out that they did seem not received some details that we asked them to do. I don't know how the salesperson communicates with them and what instructions he passed to the workers; the workers are excellent and helpful. But we were very disappointed with the salesperson. It's not the end of the bad experience. After they took on the painting project, the salesperson promised me that they were able to do electrical work too. I did double-check with the salesperson if their worker got a LEW (Licensed Electric Workers) license, and his answer was YES! So we were happy to work with him and canceled the other contractors we were supposed to work with. (He even kept inquiring about the price from competitors, it made me feel really uncomfortable at that moment!) But at the very last minute, for the electrical project, he called me back and turned his back on us. He suddenly said that his workers have no license and he declined to work on the agreed project! How horrible and unreliable this service is! This salesperson is so ignorant that he doesn't think he did anything wrong; he is not being apologetic at all either, just absolutely traumatized to work with. We even feel that the salesperson would blame their own workers for doing a bad job, even though they didn't! I hope the workers are treated rightfully in this company. I would remind any of you who intends to find them, please be careful and think twice before you trust this team. If even possible, I wouldn't even give them a star. I think this 1 star should go to their workers only.
