Modern, crisp and clean - a great location for co-working. Easy access from basement and ground floors, good security with access controls and cameras at entrances. The long layout makes the place feel spacious and airy, and there are cubby holes and cosy corners for brainstorming and discussions. Private booths at the other end are good for sensitive conversations on the phone. There are 2 decently-sized meeting rooms, light and airy - with flipcharts and glass walls. I particularly like the lounge area - a bit of old-world leather feel combined with a modern lighting aesthetic. A bonus - the storage lockers just next door provides secure space for equipment, hardcopies and the such.

Accessible to 2 MRT stations (Euros & Pays Lebar) within 10mins walk. The building itself fitted with meeting room, lounge and pantry in every floor, very friendly staffs to assist anyone with indivivual informations.

Workfriendly at Eunos provides great flexibility for my business operations (@InvitedSG). When I was considering the place, the staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. They brought me on a building tour to see the various spaces. Even after I have shifted in, the staff continue to provide great service. The co-working lounge space is conducive for meetings too!

I needed urgent small storage for roughly 4 large boxes, a few bags and printers. I was greatly assisted by James and the rest team of Workfriendly to arrange storage within one day. It's unbelievable easy. With a QR code and pin you enter the building and the robot brings your unit to you. Also today I was a bit in a hurry getting my boxes there and was again supported to the process. Very fast, good price and very proper and efficient building.

Wow...! It was a blessing in disguise that we had found this wonderful place! A comprehensive venue for small businesses and start-ups to network and maximise their time & resources on building their businesses instead of setting up their office, storage & logistic needs. Here at Workfriendly @ Paya Lebar, not only is this location very convenient, we get many complimenting facilities & services like 24-hrs security & access, business centre, all-inclusive package like electricity, air-condition, WIFI and even a business lounge and meeting rooms! Furthermore, our visitors are entitled to 1st hour free parking, making it an advantage for our clients to pop by and pick up their purchases. And if you need to conduct a seminar or do a product launch, they also have event spaces! Best of all, the property management is very proactive and supportive in communicating with tenants and fulfilling our needs. And their team of frontline staff at the reception office are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and accommodating; just like what you get at a hotel front desk or business lounge. With their flexible package, we need not worry about our future needs like expanding our office or storage spaces. Thank you very much team Workfriendly! After spending 1.5 months here, I’m feeling this place is like my office & home! While there may have been some minor hiccups that I had experienced, like my unit’s air-conditioner was not cool enough; the service team of Calista, Zul & Fabian were quick to respond and had arranged their contractor to rectify the fault immediately. And recently, they had fully furnished our business lounge at Level 6 with a water dispenser, espresso coffee machine (fresh coffee beans, not instant coffee!) & even a microwave oven! With the economic downturn due to the Covid-19, every business owner is looking at cutting cost to stay afloat, especially for small businesses like ours. Workfriendly has given us a lifeline with a very presentable working environment that we are proud to receive our clients and at affordable price. While there may be rooms for improvement like the sound proofing of the partition walls & CCTV in the common areas, at least they provide security guard 24/7. And I cannot complain much because they are charging us at very reasonable price compared to those in the CBD area. Here, I NEED NOT worry about:- - electrical bills; - buy/maintain air-conditioner; - air-condition after office hours (especially in malls & office buildings); - subscribing to internet; - leasing a water dispenser; - buying my own coffee machine; - buying my microwave oven; - sheltered car park; - 1st hour free parking for visitors - 24-hrs security; - printing of documents if my copier breaks down (the business centre & reception office are our back-ups); - cleanliness of the toilets! All the above cost money and some need extra space too, like water dispenser, modem/router, microwave oven, coffee machine, etc. For those who felt the price is high to store their goods in this place, then maybe they should consider Storefriendly’s air-conditioned storage concept at Level 2 instead. Coz’ Workfriendly is for small businesses that needed that extra space to be both their office cum storage space with air-conditioning to preserve their merchandise; at the same time enjoying value-added services & facilities provided by Workfriendly. This is the ideal work space for small businesses & young start-ups instead of incubator centres that may not necessarily be cost efficient. Thank you Workfriendly.
