Great building and a new type of storage! The interior feels more like a hip co-working space than old fashioned self-storage. Plus, it's amazing to watch the robots bring your storage locker to you instead of having to lug your stuff down hallways to find your storage room like in other facilities...and the location in Paya Lebar is so convenient.

Hafiz and Fabian has been very helpful! Couldn’t describe the customer service they are providing , hafiz went the extra miles to advise the kind of right space we should be getting. My first impression via the phone call was awesome, which I did not even bother calling other self storage facility Very clean and tidy place , what’s more is they provide a very transparent pricing!! Hafiz quickly sign us up with 2 month FREE promo even without us asking. If you’re looking for self storage , no doubt it will be storefriendly! Remember to look for hafiz!! Huge shout out to Reeves for the exceptional customer service! Reeves is always helpful and readily available whenever we need support. We previously needed to move 60 balloons temporarily and Reeves was at our unit within 10 minutes to facilitate the move. He even went the extra mile by assisting us to move the balloons! Not once did he complain or sighed despite us taking plenty of his time for the move. Reeves is always prompt in his actions whenever we provide feedback. Previously, our drivers had difficulties looking for our unit. Reeves immediately arranged for vendors to provide more wayfinder stickers. Any feedbacks given to Reeves would be taken seriously and fixed quickly. Reeves is extremely friendly and warm. He always makes us feel welcome. Despite wearing a mask at all times, we could see his genuine smile through his eyes. Saw Reeves today, on a rainy Monday morning and his cheerful personality immediately perked me and got me ready for the day! Speaking to him immediately changes one's mood for the better. Nice and friendly staffs, recommended for storing things inside their storage and I have rented a 42 square feet storage for 3 months due to move house into a room rental even though I am a local Singaporean. Super friendly (lift up to the name of the company), extremely patience listening to my needs. She attended to my needs, shared tips on how to pack properly in order to maximise the space and coordination the movers for pick up to the storage location. Super! She arrange everything so smoothly and I just have to rest and sip my coffee.

Very friendly and patient team ready to solve your storage needs. All air-conditioned units with easy access which is a huge plus for bulky items. Only suggestion is if they can offer repeat/existing customers more flexibility to right-size their space needs mid contract. Overall a smooth experience.
