They put water. No option for no addiing water.

Very good choice for fresh fruits or juice. So far my purchases were all nice and tasty, papayas were sweet etc etc

Bought a pineapple slice and it was unripe, super hard and unsweet. Shared the feedback with the staff but his reply was simply that all the pineapples they had are the same. What a service...

Great alternative option as compared to bubble tea!

A staff with short hair tied in a ponytail at this outlet had always been dispolite. Few months back, when there was an increase in price of watermelon from 90 cents to $1, I reconfirmed the price with the staff as me, who bought watermelon regularly, was not aware with the change in price. When i asked politely "oh the price is now $1?" Your staff gave me a very disrespectful attitude and replied me "then?" I let the issue slide. But on 23rd oct, i bought a slice of watermelon and ate it upon reaching home (less than 15 minutes). To my dismay, the watermelon tasted sour and had a mushy texture. I went back to the outlet to feedback, and was completedly ignored by her. It was impossible for her not to hear me as we had eye contact when I spoke to her. I was certainly not pleased and I raised my voice asking her to take note of her attitude, and she gave me a stern look before ignoring me again. As a regular customer of SF, I am utterly disappointed with such treatment and customer service. Will never patronise SF again.

Asked if they sold cut apple slices in plain English. The staff misheard me and pointed to the sample cups in front. Confused me for a moment (she must have heard 'sample' instead of 'apple'). I asked if they put the apple slices in the cup to which she replied very rudely "What you want?" in Chinese. Started to berate me for no reason after I repeated my question on Apple Slices by saying that whatever fruits they had were on display. Lady, you could have apples in the fridge and not on display and I would have been none the wiser. I left disappointed, and I can clearly hear her complaining about me (what's there to complain about?) to the other staff in the open. Caught only bits of it but it's very audacious of her to do so. She probably thought I wasn't in ear shot. Is this how you serve customers? After reading the rest of the Google reviews, I highly suspect I was served by the woman with a short ponytail. You know, it doesn't hurt to be polite even if you don't understand my question the first time round. I can foresee this outlet going out of business at this rate. I'll be getting my cut fruits elsewhere, thank you.
