M	Malou Antipala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When purchasing coconut shake I clearly told the staff that handling cashier that i want 1 LARGE and 2 Meduim and when she gave me my receipt i never check just walk away and wait for my number to be called,but when its already my turn to collect my order the staff just gave me 1 Medium and 1 large and was advice to queue again for my 1 Medium that they miss out and the queue was super long. So disappointed!! The staff should listen properly while taking customers order.

It's very annoying to see your drinks melting on the counter and there is no one to seal and distribute the cups. In the end, I end up getting a half melted drink. ???

For those who says the wait is long is because the staff have to handle a lot of online order, you are not the only customer. Don’t be silly. Expect to wait, don’t treat them like they owe you. The staff work really hard, show some respect.

Can understand the frustration when dealing with the pressure of orders. Staffs were professional in their roles and waiting time isn’t long. Patience is a virtue.

Very happy to see the drink is freshly made and they ping you immediately. Definitely not leaving my order lying around while they did their work. The coconut shake with ice cream is really nice! Super thick texture that made it very enjoyable.
