★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for CPAP trial with Edward. Edward is patient in explaining the usage of CPAP, consequences of sleep apnea and interpreting my sleep results with me. I'm an inquisitive person and usually will ask a lot of questions but Edward is professional to answer my queries. He is attentive to his patient and from time to time he will check with me on my comfort in using the CPAP machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of getting good customer service (and one of their sales people remains a good salesperson), I was shocked and baffled when they refused to back their product. The size of the pillow was incorrect, not matching the label. I showed them pictures and I brought the comparison pillows to show them. They refused to acknowledge reality. Rather than back up their products, in the same breath they blamed the manufacturer and started to haggle with me. They also said that it would expand over time like I was a newbie. Of course, it did not.
Over a few dollars they lost the confidence of a loyal years-long customer. My machine is up for renewal. I need supplies. SG medical could have continued to get my steady business. However, I will not do business with them again. I was sad and disappointed. I will look for a supplier who will back up what they sell and not ironically blame the manufacturer of the products they sell.
