★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store today (02 Aug 2021) at around 4.30pm. Had a very pleasant experience!!! Went to the store for a pair that kept going out of stock online. The salesperson, unfortunately I didn't catch his name, was well acquainted with product knowledge and provided concise details on the pair I wanted. While the pair I was looking for was not available at the moment, the salesperson assisted me in the fitting to find the right size for my feet and even asked for my contact details so that the store can contact me once the item is instock. I look forward to purchasing the shoes at this store once they are instocks. Thank you for your excellent service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was not big and selection somewhat incomplete. Service was a llittle reluctant. Basically nothing special as items (sometimes even wider collection) may be found elsewhere like BHG although service was even more lacking there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female staff on 12th July in the afternoon was very unfriendly and did not attempt to help. All she said was everything out of sizes and don't know what stocks coming in or when. At Least the guy from the other day was friendly enough to recommend some shoes and advised me to order online.

Super grateful for the awesome customer service from both, Desmond and Nicky, who assisted me from the shoe selection process till checkout. They even went out of the way to get an alternative bag for packing as the shoes were a gift for someone. We are thankful to both of them for accommodating to our request for more discreet packaging. Will definitely come back to this outlet for future purchases!
