โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended at all. Bad service. Placed order last year 21/12/2018. Order only came 16/02/2019. I ordered a mirco SDCard 16GB CLASS 10 but came a Micro SDCard 16 GB CLASS 6. Ask them what can they do? They say TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING. I cannot get a refund, i cannot get an exchange. NOTHING! I paid the price for a CLASS 10 and gave me CLASS 6.

02-01-2022:
I was looking for another/backup 1688 purchase agent and found SGSHOP on Google. Registered an account there because the site and what they offered seems legit.
I then placed an order from 2 different suppliers in one checkout, a total of RM805 (including the payment gateway fee RM2) and also made the payment on the same day.
Supplier 1 didn't have enough stock therefore I requested a cancellation for Order 1 on the same day.
Order 1 was cancelled and the refund of RM504 was credited into my account as balance.
04-01-2022:
Submitted a withdrawal RM504 for Order 1 that was cancelled on 02-01-2022. Waiting for Order 2 that was still in Pending Purchase status.
06-01-2022:
For Order 2, after 4 days of no progress on the order status, I asked my supplier if he receives any order from SGSHOP yet
My supplier told he hadn't received any order from SGSHOP, then I proceed to message SGSHOP via FB Messenger.
I then was informed that they (SGSHOP) was unable to purchase for the reason "Sorry that is due to the international remittance company has updated some regulations, caused the payment system unable to place orders temporarily."
Therefore, I once again requested a cancellation for Order 2 and received the refund of RM299 into my account as balance.
I proceeded to withdraw the RM299 from my account balance.
17-01-2022:
Both withdrawal statuses were still in "Pending" state.
Messaged them via FB to expedite because it was almost 2 weeks already.
All they reply is "Sorry to keep you waiting.Our finance staff will proceed with your withdrawal request soon. Thanks for your patient waiting!"
19-01-2022:
The statuses were still Pending despite 14 working days have already passed.
Messaged them via FB and didn't receive any reply. They only seen.
20-01-2022:
Emailed them, requested them to check on both my withdrawal that were still in Pending status.
21-01-2022:
Received a same copy paste reply from them saying "Sorry to keep you waiting.Our finance staff will proceed with your withdrawal request soon. Thanks for your patient waiting!"
24-01-2022:
Emailed them again but no reply
25-01-2022:
Emailed them again and still no reply
28-01-2022:
Emailed them again saying I will escalate this case to KPDNHEP, PPIM, SKMM, Tribunal as well as police report and other related platforms
Still no reply from them
03-02-2022:
Messaged them again on FB and no reply
04-02-2022:
Messaged them again on FB and no reply
08-02-2022:
Messaged them again on FB and no reply
09-02-2022:
They replied with the same copy paste "Our finance staff will proceed with your withdrawal request soon. Thanks for your patient waiting!"
That is all they can do, giving copy paste answer. What an absolute scam they are.
11-02-2022 UNTIL NOW :
WITHDRAWAL STATUSES ARE STILL PENDING
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY UNTIL NOW.
AND NOW I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE
SGSHOP IS COMPLETELY SCAM !!!

On the withdrawal page as you can see, I shall receive the withdrawal within 14 working days.
NOW IS ALREADY OVER A MONTH AND I RECEIVED ABSOLUTE NOTHING !!!
This post will stay until I received my money back.
If I still have not received my money yet after a few days this post was posted, I will proceed to file a complaint on those platforms and lodge a police report regarding this case.

โ โ โ โ โ They do not inspect is itโs below 50 RMB for their Buy For Me service! And also does not negotiate on your behalf with seller to get refund.
Also has a lousy RMB to SGD conversion rate.
Had to follow up with them multiple times if not they ignore your email.

โ โ โ โ โ Can't believe that I got blocked by this company on their FB page ? all because I couldn't see my orders when I log in (not even my problem)! For context, I ordered some items on taobao and shipped to their warehouse but due to their 'internal server error' I can't consolidate my orders. Been trying to follow up with their Facebook chat bot for WEEKS (cny 2022 until now) but all I got was to wait. I tried texting to follow up but I got blocked instead ?

โ โ โ โ โ SGshop is utterly disappointing.
They charged sgcare fees and yet didnt take due diligence to make sure all my items are in working conditions. And while I sent email with video and pic of item and its own packaging, order and delivery ID numbers to seek help and replacement/exchange (not even asking for refund) for 1 item which is not working, this is their repeated response, โWe will need you to provide a photograph of the packaging of the item including SGshop sticker for investigation and verification purposes.
If not, we are unable to investigate and verify the matter to assist you further.โ
They insisted to have pic of the outer carton box which I have explained it was thrown away after I have torn apart the box and taken all the actual packages out of it. And cos of that they are refusing to act on it.
It is obvious the items were purchased thru sgshop given the order and delivery ID numbers. I donโt understand how the company can just push customers away when we faced issues with the products by making use of such hard requirements against us. Even customer tries to seek help on such simple request yet no exceptions or further support can be provided. Really disappointed with the level of customer service of sgshop. Never face any such issues with many other merchants. This is terrible with the additional sgcare fees the company taken from me.

โ โ โ โ โ Experience steadily going down since 2017. Got all kinds of orders, big and small from RM40~RM3000, a little bit of hiccups but that's understandable. (no problem for the biggest purchase, at all!). Starting 2019, they consistently did not put in ONE item that i bought EVERY time, but they give me vouchers of the same round-off value (RM14 item for RM10 voucher... for service charge only...wow.) I believe this is done deliberately so that customers feels inclined to buy more stuff with the voucher. the cycle never end

Ridiculous exchange rate of 4.2 rmb to sgd, which in turns already tax about 10%. In addition, charge 8% of service fee. Also charged clearance fee of $0.99 per parcel which other agents donโt do. I received goods of different designs and contacted them, the response given was standardised and said they do not provide after sales service for items below rmb 50. So that is no liability even if the purchaser have purchased wrongly. They will ignore everything at all cost. High charges, worst service. Not recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst of the worst service and attitude. Customer services are not providing customer services at all only reply standard procedure msg (Basically means ask you to wait)
Every single procedure took 3-7 days to process and they have more then 7 to 10 procedure. Placed Buy For Me services after 50 days to reach me.
Thank you for received the parcel safely but the checking services didn't check the colour for me. First and Last TQ
