We visited a few reputable companies for Zipblinds before deciding on Shadespace. Vincent was our first contact which took us through a very thorough demo and explanation of their product and quality. We were able to make an informed decision and learnt a lot from the visit. William then worked on the specifics with us for the balcony ZipScreen. He was very responsive with questions, and also patient with understanding our needs and help us decide the right materials for our indoor curtains and blinds. I must also mention Candy from Admin, who is very helpful and made us feel like a valuable customer. She kept us well informed of the scheduled installations and notify timely when there are any changes. Very impressed with her excellent customer service and sweet personality! Our ZipScreen and curtains installation were done by 2-man team Ah Hwa and Sohag. They were punctual on arrival and are very pleasant to work with. It took them 5hrs to complete everything with only a short lunch break. They did an excellent flawless installation and cleaned up the area nicely for us after job completion. Ah Hwa also ensured that we test the ZipScreen a few times and gave us instructions on how to use, what to do in certain expected situation. We were very satisfied with the outcome. No regrets choosing Shadespace and highly recommended for the quality of their products, services and workmanship.

Got Zipscreen and curtains installed today! William is very patient to explain the process and the product. Candy is the admin person and is very prompt and responsive. The installer team, Kelvin and his worker, Awlad was very meticulous and careful! It’s really a lot of work seeing them install. Took them the whole day. Thank you Shadespace team!

Jesan and Kelvin installed the zip-screen and they were very professional and friendly. They explained the installation processes and functions of the zip-screen very well. The area was cleaned before they left. They were courteous and efficient. Besides that, when we went to the showroom, William and Vincent assisted us. William has strong product knowledge and he explained the items which I wanted to buy in details. He was attentive and patient. Overall, the service from Shadespace was excellent.

William was very professional, patience and fast in response. He explained well on zip screen and the entire process was smooth and easy. I’m satisfied with the quality of the zip screen and the installation work done. The installers did a good job on installation. Neat and tidy. Their pricing was reasonable as well. Thanks to Shade Space for your curtains and Zip Screen installation! Installers Kelvin and Awlad had installed the zip screen and curtains, took about 5 hours starting in the morning. After that Awlad demonstrated the Zip Screen functionality. Not to forget William who introduced the product at their showroom in Ubi and was very knowledgeable and responsive to queries over Whatsapp regarding the products which convinced me go for Shade Space.
