★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very spacious with a lot of seating and natural light! Tried the new black chicken burger. The chicken patty is too salty but it's quite big. The crust on the chicken is crispy and nice. Definitely more filling than the standard beef burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less crowd despite being sunday evening. Was able to find seats easily. Ordered through the kiosk, waited about 10mins for food which was quite reasonable. Loved the hot fries and the super guilty milkshake which was dammmmmm good.
Chicken burger was tender and juicy, portbello burger was normal. Its my 2nd time at shake shack, with first one at jewel. Still quite expensive for the burger but okay to indulge once in awhile.
P.S, loved the washing hand soap machine haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for the burgers but stayed for the concrete! Love shake shack’s concrete every time. The food is miles better than MacDonald’s and Burger King. I don’t recommend the fries though, because it’s just fries.
This location is rarely very busy. It’s easy to access with fast service. I got my burger within minutes of my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time trying this outlet. I came for a late lunch around 1:00pm. The food is of course the same. As others have noted, it’s a little pricey for what it is, but now and again, I get the craving for their burger. It does taste fresher than most others and has a real kick of umami. All their meals are too salty. My recommendation is to get the Shack Burger, skip the specials, skip the fries, get some chicken if you want that, and get a large iced tea for the drink. It’s easy on the calories and you’ll need it to wash down all that salt. How does this outlet differ from the others? Well, I had a brief wait to get seated as they don’t let more people in to order till tables free up, which is a good thing. But once you’re in, you can order from either the kiosks or at the register (already better than Great World), and the food comes out fairly quickly (also better than Great World). The staff are also friendly and helpful at cleaning up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been wanting to try their burger but its always a long snake q and today was a lucky day. We ordered for Single Smoke Shack and Single hamburger and the patty was juicy. The portion is just right for an average eater. I paired it with crinkle cut fries and fifty/fifty juice. Not bad. Price is comparable.
