★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest and beautiful place to come for drinks! Awesome, stunning English style decoration makes the place feels very cosy and private. There’s also a hotdog bar for those wanting a quick bite or quick takeaway. Wide range of branded whiskeys to choose from. A must try for a new place at 17 Duxton Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chocolate old fashioned but was served a regular old fashioned which definitely would not have earned this bar a spot on Asia’s 50 Best in, like, ever. I’m not sure why I paid 19++ for a salted agave that was akin to dousing my tongue in saltwater. Waited over 30 mins for fries that were cooked from frozen and smothered in even more salt (seems to be a recurring theme here) and a hot dog that never materialised, bearing in mind that the place was not at full seating capacity.
I walked out after realising what I’d ordered were not worth my weekly quota of calories. Worst part? The service staff were happily chowing down on said fries!!!
Would never patronise again.
