★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsatisfied with the hair cut my brother got . It was clearly a two block hair cut which is sorta a undercut but not completely. And the hair stylist who seems to be in her late 30s screwed it up badly , making his hair looks awful. She seems new and inexperienced , she did not even discuss with my brother about the hair cut he should/can get . She just got straight to doing what she thinks is okay and ended up looking horrible . And when we told her that she screwed up , she acted it like it was not a mistake . Really unhappy with the haircut my brother got and she should have at least admitted her mistake instead of offering a reluctant apology.
