★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pump attendants just stand around and watch customers fill their cars. They seem uninterested in service. Caltex and Esso are way better - very service oriented and attentive staff. This is my first and last time at Shell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother with the car wash. Absolute waste of money. The 2 dudes there didn’t look too happy when all I asked for was a car wash. I’m not even sure how it’s possible that the car didn’t look any different from before the car wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to try the Car wash and it turned out to be a total disappointment which was serviced by 2 staffs, an indian and a chinese. My car was not wipe dry properly and looks like just after rain, the lower part of the car was not cleaned nor wipe properly which still have dirt marks. My windscreen are left with dirt marks too.
WORST of all, when the car is still half dry, the staff told me CAR WASH FINISHED! I then asked the staff to wipe dry further and also they should at least open the doors and wipe the side of the door beams.
Its was a total disappointment with the staffs and management that this kind of service standards for $12 bill. Luckily i did not take the extra rim cleaning and water wax if not my disappointment will be to the extreme.
>>>SHELL MANAGEMENT - YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY TAKE ACTION ON THIS KIND OF POOR SERVICE FROM YOUR CAR WASH !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my.. I thought I’m the only one felt bad for this car wash. Was looking forward for their opening and turns out the service and attitude of the staff are rude and unwelcoming. They talked as if I own them money and demanding. I went once and never been back. I hope Shell will kick them out and get a new vendor. Anyway I think they will auto close cos no business because lack of service and poor cleaning. Please go to SPC, further up the road. They are more willing to wash throughly. Bad service won’t get you far! One time is enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one car wash to avoid! They use the same sponge for wheels and body and doesn’t even bother to dry the car properly after wash. And the clean is not exactly very clean after the wash. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A car wash you could resort to when you are in a rush, but definitely not a go-to place if you are looking for a proper car wash.
The two guys did not look happy about their job. One of them had difficulty with English. It was a very quick service (3min) which is good, but quality needs improvement. Not an expensive one but definitely not what you would expect from S$12, either. For example, obvious dust and dirt still remains in the gap of the boot door which could’ve been cleaned up by water jet.
