★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a drive through for breakfast and upon reaching home, I realised an order was missing as well as the butter and syrup for the pancakes. Called them to ask for a refund and the guy over the phone mentioned I will have to go down to do it. I commented it’s inconvenient for me to do it now so I will just come by later in the day. He offered to send a staff to deliver my McMuffin. Of which I happily agreed. Awhile later, I got a call from a lady confirming my unit number and I asked if she is already here. She answered that she is on the bus. Thanks for the really great service. I thought someone will deliver the food via a bike but they had to take the public transport. Thanks again for taking the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legit the worst McDonald's outlet in Singapore, always get my order wrong, they only half fill the Mcflurry cups (compared to every other outlet) and have the most unfriendly, stony-faced staff I have had the misfortune to encounter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through fast food outlets are far less common these days. This outlet is well located in district 10, and the staff are efficient & courteous. Perfect place to grab a quick bite enroute home after work. In addition, you can top up your petrol at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was hassel free to drive through for our favourite Macdonalds at a convenient petrol station located near our place. The staff attending to us was friendly and gave us much more packets of chili sauce when we requested than other outlets. We thank you for the good experience.
