most horrible private clinic ever. with only three other patients at the clinic when we visited on tuesday, we had to wait over an hour till it was our turn. husband had to do a covid swab test, and was on mc for three days till results were out. results never came on thursday when mc was about to expire. called in the morning and was told that max waiting time was 48 hours, and we had to wait even more. was not given advice on what to do should the results not be out by noon, which was the time they closed on 24 dec; didnt even know they closed early! and guess what, results were not out when 48 hours were up! clinic was closed, mc could not cover the next day when my husband had to go work, we could not go ANYWHERE for christmas without results. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE IS THIS CLINIC!!! tried calling parkway hotline for help but they could not do much because apparently, they are not supposed to have access to patients' info and anyway lab was closed by then. husband did a covid swab at a polyclinic before, and everything was fuss-free, efficient and reliable. went to a private clinic in view of the upcoming festive holiday, and the misconception that they will be fast too. extremely disappointed.

The doctor waits like 15min after a patient. It was me and other 3 peoples in queue. Had to wait 1 and a half hour. Don’t come here if you are in rush. You might as well die from illness waiting in queue here.

Dr Daniel is hands down the best doctor that I’ve been to. He explains stuff clearly and is knowledgeable. The overall waiting time is not too long as well. Definitely my go to clinic.

Very transactional. No warm touch, but speedy service. Wasn't given any antibiotics for my 2 weeks of coughing. The locum arrived on time and really started operations at 8.30am. The cashier who was also the pharmacist was quick to process me in and out with basic explanation of the medicine given. Its ok.

nurse was very rude and even doctor was also quite rude my brother went there and my mom just went to tell the doctor what is his problems and the doctor js said “he can’t speak” and that’s rude and the nurse at the counter even talked loudly and slammed the phone

I was in a bit of a pickle with another clinic messing up my predeparture ART testing and my flight leaving midnight on a Sunday same day. The doctor (Dr Nah the locum) and clinic assistant (Ms Nisa) were extremely kind to assist and even kept the clinic open for me after closing time. Will travel out of my way to get this kind of service. Didn't think a big network like Parkway Shenton clinic would deliver this level of care for patients. Highly recommended

Ridiculous service from staff, would rate zero star if possible, the staff needs to be trained and work on her attitude, was treated with an indian staff although didnt get her name, was waiting for 1 hour to get a consultation and continued to wait for another hour to get my prescription, the staff did not even bother to attend to me. The only saving grace was that the doctor who treated me was very friendly and professional, unfortunately I would not even think of returning here

DO NOT come here for your Covid consultation. Weird system made you wait - mine was 1.30hrs - outside the clinic with 2 plastic chairs. With Abt 10 pple outside. Then they call you 5mins consultation then wait outside again for another 30-40mins. Before the same doctor does your ART again another 5mins job. Why can't he just do the ART right aftr the 5-6mins consultation. One doctor to see everyone there. Try other clinics with an appointment system, might be less stressful to the body and mind.
