Playing the blaming game when they should look in the mirror! Does not answer calls and when they do they directed me to book appts through the call centre. Booked appt via call centre, appt 2 days later. Reached there to be met by a rude admin staff in regards to my checking in as Others (becos i am coming for medical check up), bluntly saying "Please check in to 'see doctor'" No smile, no proper eye contact. Waited for more than one hour, getting blood test and eye check up done to hear the counter staffs telling other customers that their xray machine in down and informing them to go to another branch to get their xrays done. (But hey!) It's already passed 4.30pm and they are closed, please return again on another day. Then when other customers argued, they said "the call centre should have informed you" "we already informed the call centre" No note or anything on the door or at the counter that says that their xray machine is down. Staffs definitely didn't have any courtesy to inform anyone walking to the doors holding a medical check up request that their test CANNOT be done entirely today! I could have gotten my xray done if they would have informed me the moment i was registering. Waited 40minutes waiting for the doctor when I could have went to their other branch to get my xray done.

I don’t know if the doc is helpful since it’s my wife who went there for a medical checkup, what disappointed me are: 1. It took them 2 weeks to send over the medical report? Are there comments n recommendations on the report yet no one bothered to call us back to interpret it? Terrible! 2. I tried to call the clinic for more than 20times during office hours across different days, no one picked up the call then what for so many assistants are hired and sat there chit chatting? This is not how a clinic shall operate.i wanted to rate 0 but sadly it’s not an option.

One of the slowest places to do medical checkup even on a Thursday morning. One of the reasons it is quite inefficient is probably because it is mandatory for company employees to check up here. What bothered me is that they told accompanying guest to wait outside

Very horrible. I had smsed on 21 Dec, indicating my preferred date for full screening. Till 30 Dec, they never respond.so I had to walk in to enquire.then they gave me 31Dec slot (830am). Till now iam still waiting for my turn. Other patients before me and after me have gone home What a kind of service it is ! It will be my last time going to this clinic. Will file a complaint later

I had my health check up two times in this clinic. Registration went smoothly. All the people there are nice and very professional. I was amazed that all the people including Doctors are very polite. For future health check up, i will definitely go here again!

I can’t believe the clinic made a patient with high fever to wait for the ART test for 70 minutes, and the patient who also has symptoms came in half an hour after me get to test immediately after me. I left the clinic almost wanting to pass out and throw out

Edit: Upgrading this from 2 stars to 4. Previously gave 2 stars for long waiting times and also out of frustration due to the long wait in the sweltering heat outside the clinic. Upgraded this to 4 stars because the family doctor, Dr. Cheng is actually very helpful, pays attention to details, and takes time to discuss and investigate the symptoms. Can see that he is passionate about his work and cares a lot about his patients. Think the main issue with the clinic is the heat outside and the logistics when waiting for an appointment. Maybe some kind of sms system to manage the queue systems would be helpful.

Medical checkup slow response, phone booking redirected to webpage which was never registered properly. 2 months away, managed to book and get tested via call. Result is not e-mailed, and instead it is physically mailed (which never come after 1 week phone call confirmation of mailed results). Phone call never got answered starting May 2022 onwards, cant tell whether I have any health problems for an immediate response.
