β β β β β Had my LPA & AMD done. Reasonable fees, and Doctor was polite, thorough and patient in explaining all the terms, process with me.
Clinic is clean, bright, spacious and easy to find.

β β β β β Dr. Ho was very patient and friendly. He was polite too. He deserves a 5 star review! The young receptionist was ok but the old receptionist with her hair tied up was extremely rude and sarcastic. When asked questions, every sentence that came out from her was sarcastic. She was not helpful and after I left the clinic, I had to call the insurance company again to sort out the next steps and follow up on my own.

β β β β β Doctor had good bedside manners. The young receptionist wearing braces also had good manners. However, the fat auntie looking receptionist was extremely rude. Instead of stating the amount to pay politely, she said, βYOU HAVE TO PAY $xx.xx.β No please and thank you from her. She made my otherwise pleasant experience with the rest of the people working there absolutely unpleasant.

β β β β β Both doctors have excellent bedside manners but the older lady (with the not as good skin who has worked there for a while) is extremely rude and the most unpleasant person to deal with. Her bad service is unprecedented and appalling to say the least. I had a bad experience before years ago and after a long time, once again experience her rudeness in spoken words and facial expressions.
It is a complete bewilderment why she is still there. Left with a bad taste.
But I must say the doctors are very nice and genuinely concerned about patientsβ welfare.
I am posting this because keeping quiet is a disservice to the other patients of the clinic.
If the doctors are reading this, please know something needs to be done. She is an abomination and has undone every good thing about the doctors and the clinic.

β β β β β Dr. Ho is very patient and assuring. Effectively bilingual, professional and experienced. I visited the clinic for several times and every time my problem is solved within only a few days. Highly recommend for neighborhood of Tanjong pagar (only a few mins from Pinnacle buildings to the clinic!)

β β β β β I was suffering from UTI problem Doctor Ho was very kind,patient, understanding and gave me alot of advice on how to manage my problem,I was emotional and down because this is very first time i encounter such problems . This clinic customer service and Doctor's care 1 in millions!!! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this clinic!!!!
