Had my self ligating braces done at iDental Northpoint by Dr. Tyler Tay and love how comfortable it is there! Very clear and flexible with the costs as well. Easy to book an appointment with them and they’re very efficient in responding to your queries. Customer service Michelle was also very very nice! Great hospitality, would recommend.

It was a very smooth process from registration to the procedure itself. I will definitely recommend iDental Yishun branch. The filipino lady receptionist was polite and approachable, the nurse/assistant whom helped the doctor with the procedure was also nice and was gentle as well as Dr. Caroline Lim. She did the procedure effortlessly and smoothly.

Had just done my polishing and cleaning at yishun Northpoint outlet. Friendly receptionist, well train dental assistant and lastly a very good expirience with Doctor Caroline ? whole thing was pleasant and no discomfort were felt during my whole cleaning process. got my wisdom teeth removed about a year ago by Dr Elstan Lim and had consultation with him regarding my braces. During the surgery, he was extremely gentle, encouraging and comforting which made me felt more at ease and comfortable! He was transparent with the braces prices and recommended which treatment I should do as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! <3 I am now almost 1 year in with my braces with Dr Wong Sze Wey, and every appointment I went for were pleasant. He is extremely professional and friendly as well! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to do braces. Out of more than 10 visits to the clinic, I only had one time my appointment got delayed. The receptionists are always so friendly and I always have a good experience leaving the clinic. My friend and sister recommended this clinic to me and highly raved about it, I can see why now! :) Overall, I would strongly recommend this clinic! I would still visit idental in the future even after my braces. <3

Michelle attend to my call on ad-hoc case. She patiently explain my case details and she manage to slot me in though it's fully scheduled for the day. Experience Dr Cheng attended to me and salvage my front crown which dropped off suddenly. Their service was awesome though it was my first visit. Reasonable price at shopping mall. Recommended and Thumbs Up! ??

I kind of had a little Dentophobia. Visits to my previous dental always made me nervous as it hurts. I delayed my wisdom removal for many years due to fear. Yesterday I decided to change dental/dentist and try iDental for the first time, which I'm so glad I did! I was dead nervous inside but Dr. Germaine Lee was very kind and proactive, she extracted TWO wisdom tooth and there was no pain during the procedure. (Except for the anesthesia needle, which is normal) I think she also got rid of my fear too. Very professional! Not forgetting, her assistant and also the front staff there was polite too. I'm actually looking forward to continuing my journey here! Thank you for building my trust in dental :)

I have not been to a dentist for over 7 years as I was too busy with work and honestly could not be bothered about my teeth until I got a toothache. Went to i.Dental as recommended by my friend and saw Dr Caroline. I was expecting a painful experience but I was surprised at how gentle she was. She is very kind and takes care of her patients well and gives advice on how to take care of my teeth. Excellent service from Dr Caroline and the staff there.
