Most visitors to the Condo have to spend time looking for the lifts to the Condo like walking through a maze...........

Just be notified that PIE-facing rooms can be noisy, especially up the floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condo without many facilities (a small gym and a swimming pool). Rooms facing PIE are very noisy, you may have difficulties to fall asleep at night. The management is poor, it is the same management team as the shopping mall, they took a year to renovate the swimming pool and one lift in the mall. Not to mention the condo lift will be under maintenance once every few weeks. Avoid this place and go for some newer ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security officer is very rude. She didn't allow me to go up when I pressed the security bell at level 1. As a mere visitor, I am not aware of their new regulations and system, they should have explained to me nicely instead of rudely scolding and chasing me away. I am not sure what does the purpose of the security bell there when i only got scolded because of pressing it.
