β β β β β Bad experience with a middle age chinese security guard who wears 2 glasses. Speaks rudely using words like "use your common sense" and threatening word like "i will clamp your vehicle next time round". Don't worry, i won't be there till you in your coffin.

β β β β β Old, tired looking condo. The balustrades in the private lift lobbies are dangerously low, and easily climbed over by toddlers. I suspect they don't conform to modern building codes

β β β β β A well maintained project from Wing Tai Holding Ltd since 1997. Brought tenant and buyer here for few occasions and the spacious room wowed me ! The greenery and the peaceful surrounding makes one relax.

β β β β β Cozy environment with beautiful greenery all around the condominium with full amenities. A very nice freehold property worth buying in Bukit Timah. It is a quiet and serene neighbourhood and a good mixtures of friendly locals and foreigner residents in the community.
