Wow! I am so in love with these tarts. Not just another tart. Taste and texture is amazing!! Not that there is an order to eat them but decided to have the slightly heavier ones first. Mont Blanc, cream brûlée, sea salt pecan and finish with lime basil that is lightly citrus is perfect.

There is no second best in Singapore. The tarts made by Shio Patisserie is the best tarts you can find here in this Lion City. You can literally feel how much effort the chefs put into each and every of these small desserts. Combination of ingredients and flavours are all tuned to perfection. These sweets brought out the ''wow'' factor immediately and gave my palates a new experience with tarts! Personally i love Lime and Basil, it surpass my expectation. On top of that, for a guy that is not a fan of Brulee is now in love with their cheese creme brulee. For those who are not convince, order....try.... and thank Shio Patisserie later.

After trying, I totally get it why it is 5 stars on Google reviews! The tart shell itself is definitely the best I ever had! Family sang praises of it as we tried each of the 4, but my favourite is Earl Grey Pecan. I though the cream look thick, but they are nice in flavours and was perfect texture when eaten as a whole. Lime Basil was light and appetising as loved by the folks. Mont Blanc and Cheese Brûlée were equally good. Very worthy of the price and tummy space!!

Tarts: Flavours offered are quite unique and the pairing of ingredients used for each tart is commendable- well balanced and without overpowering flavours. Sweetness level is just nice as well. Customer service: Purchase was made online with delivery. Excellent frontline team - patient, accommodating, friendly and professional. Will definitely purchase from Shio again.

The tarts looks good and taste even better! I was reluctant to try at the start because I’m afraid that the cream on top will be extremely sweet. But to my surprise it was mildly sweet and slightly salty. Overall, it makes a presentable gift! Highly recommended!

I can see why they're so popular. The tarts make for a very good gift to bring when you're visiting friends. Tastes good, looks good, feels good. I especially like the Cheese Brûlée tart, for the richness that the tart holds. The Earl Grey pecan has the softness of the tea flavors, coupled with the crunch of the tart. All in all, great patisserie with awesome tarts.

Good to try once! Sea Salt Dark Chocolate - Quite average. Chocolate was more like a mousse type, light and not very chocolatey. Quite different from what I've expected, preferred it to be richer chocolate. Chrysanthemum Pear - This was really good! Pear was juicy and you can really taste the chrysanthemum pairing! Raspberry Thyme - Sour tangy raspberry and a strong thyme flavouring. Innovative pairing, good to try once. Earl Grey Pecan - Very strong earl grey!! Great for tea lovers. Cheese Brulee - Average nothing special but taste good!
