★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuih lopes is nice! Will go back for that. Tried the sesame paste and tausuan too, the youtiao is nice but desserts can be slightly sweeter. Maybe because mostly targeting older folks so they don't make it too sweet? Lots of variety to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run by a lovely couple. Enormous sized ice kachang and a great variety of desserts. Also home made curry puffs as well as kueh lopes.. the place however will be closed for 1 month from 3 feb for renovations though.... wait for it .. enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the Qing Tang (清汤）. Not too sweet, and all elements work well together to form a good dessert product. I would say that it can compete with counterpart of a rather famous shop just a few lorongs away, yet its price is considerably much lower.

The red tea jelly with longan tasted all right though would have preferred the jelly to have a stronger tea taste and more longan syrup to be provided. The sardine puffs were nicer than the curry puffs.. both were fried freshly and came warm.

The man behind me had his mask pulled down and was coughing hard and clearing his throat loudly and frequently. Was hoping that the queue would move faster so that I could quickly get away from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great that tau suan ($1.50) is still available at 9pm++. You tiao was great. pulut hitam $2.50 was worth it. Not too sweet & great texture. Stall owners are friendly :) Will visit again!
