Sho Ryu Ramen - 107 North Bridge Rd

Lousy service!?! Crews have no sense to serve timely meals to a family. Each family member's order was treated like an individual order. Hence, there is no way that you can have a meal as a family. The crew, when asked... Said... You can complain to the company. Very interesting. On top of this nonsense, they have the cheek to charge a 10% service charge. Of course, we paid as it's our last time there.

Dinner crowd at 7.10pm (on a Saturday) was quite thin. No queues at the restaurant and it’s not full house either. The crowd did slowly come in at about 7.30pm. Gyoza is something which you can miss. It doesn’t have the Gyoza taste. The ramen is not as terrible as the other reviews, but it’s not that great either. Something which you go for if you need food but lazy to queue for other places.

Just randomly saw this, in tow with a kid. Ok, quite salty, the ramen soup base. The suki-style pork, was also salty. Tofu in some salad dressing. Nothing to shout about- hungry and no queue, with seats (???). Come back again…..? Hmmmmm Quite unlikely.

It's a decently okay place. Nothing to blow your mind and won't travel just to eat here, but the food is decent and I won't mind eating here when I'm nearby and have nowhere better to eat. Char siu is nice and soft. Broth is tasty but not as flavourful as more famous ramen shops, but that was expected. Service is so-so as well. They seem quite absent-minded even when it's not busy. Mixed up our order with another table but we took it in our stride.

Fast and easy ramen. The black soup is definitely not too bad. Fairly priced and good pleasent experience. All in all what you expect for a Singaporean ramen place.

Had the ramen with garlic broth. Fragrant and flavorful. The Signature ramen was good enough with a bit of everything. Price is average compared to other ramen restaurants. Good enough place for a meal if you’re in the mall and need something quick.

Located in peninsula shopping center. This place advertisement not very visible as i only know its ramen place. The place is clean and the staff was quick to take our orders. I came here with my partner. We both was looking for dinner and agreed for ramen ? so we decided to eat at this place as it's in front of us. Ambience was ok, not very crowded nor very quiet. I ordered black broth chasu ramen and my partner ordered the original ramen. The black broth got garlic with black sesame taste and it's a great choice for me. As I tasted the original ramen of my partner's, the pork bone broth smell very strong and he said mine is better. The ramen was served hot and I like the fact that the spicy flavor was good enough to give some kick. It very easy to find this place. Definitely worth the try and it's slightly cheaper than other ramen. The portion is good and fulfilling as well. Definitely going to try the other ramen they have. There's also other side dishes but we're too full to order again ? Ramen is average, soup is a little bland. The side dishes are also normal. Overall, a little confused with this concept because while it’s a Japanese restaurant, the ramen taste Chinese and they have Korean food as side dish. Perhaps we were just picky.
