I have emailed a few times and left responses for the ShopBack Bot (and even the Instagram) as well for more than 24 hours and a request ticket on behalf of my husband but till now there is no reply about my enquiry and request for help on my expired and subsequently missing cashback as shown below. I am quite upset that though ShopBack promises to get back within 24 hours, it has not fulfilled its promise. Can someone please get back to me as I have emailed a number of times and tried other means to reach out to no avail. I have logged into my ShopBack account to make purchases online via my ShopBack account and in doing so, I have also checked back on the cashback that I have earned and I realised that the cashback was deemed as expired even though I have not withdrawn it yet and when I was trying to do so before and after my purchase, I was not able to withdraw. Although it is reflected that the cashback is confirmed and supposedly "withdrawn", I have not been able to withdraw it and the amount is also not reflected on my account either. Also, I am unable to add in my account information to withdraw the amount which came up to $104.24 and also a pending $5.00 that cannot be withdrawn although more than three years have passed and it is still classified as "pending". Both amounts dated back to January of 2019 but yet tried as I have done, I cannot withdraw both amounts. I have read from the ShopBack webpage that I am able to withdraw my cashback that has expired if I seek help from ShopBack as it is rightfully our earned and entitled cashback. I also read from the webpage that once I have made another purchase (which I did at around 1 plus am today that amounted to $94.48), my expired and pending cashback can be withdrawn but after checking, I am still unable to do so. Therefore my enquiries are: Can you please assist with this asap as 100 plus is a rather substantial sum of money since it is stated that we can claim back our cashback? The amount is $104.24 (expired) + $5 (pending since 2019). Also, my cashback from IHerb is still not reflected in my account. Please help to track that as well. Also, please advise on how I can add our banking account information to retrieve this cashback but the new cashback that I have acquired from my purchase (which I understand should reflect within 48 hours).
