Nice. Do try this wanton mee instead of the other popular one in the same hood.

If you like fatty char siew rice like me, come try theirs. My fav used to be a stall at Queen St, but they no longer sell char siew, until I found uncle's stall here. I still drive here occasionally just to eat their self BBQ fat char siew. Extremely underrated, and oh so delicious.

Wanton mee done right! I has a hint of Hongkong style wanton noodle with oyster sauce / soy sauce /oil, with char siew caramelised with some sticky sauce. Planning to try his roast duck and roast pork belly one day

Tried the char siew that is not traditional red but actually blacken through caramelised sauces and gravy. Very much looking like "lor bak" braised pork in dark soya sauce. The texture, feel and taste is 5 stars. It can compete with well known Cantonese restaurants special char siew.

First time trying this wanton noodle. Overall pretty good. The charsiew tastes less juicier and flavourful than it looks. Noodle texture is firm and good. Generous vegetables which I like the most :-)
