★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oysters were large but today the omelette is lack of salt. And dunno what oil did that use. Just a few bites and set my stomach to discomfort and I threw away 70% of it and I had diarrhea 3 hours later.
Auntie at the front is lovely.
I still prefer the one at Geylang Lorong 9, which is full of flavour even oysters are smaller compare to this stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite orh luak in Singapore. Crispy flour bits with egg and fresh oysters every time! Love it, worth the long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by a friend. Came to try it myself. Wow. It was really good. Unlike others, this stall ensured that the eggs were fried crispy.
If you are not local, try the oyster omelette first. The original orh lua is fried with a flour mix which may or may not be something foreigners are used to.
Must eat with their chilli sauce which is quite mild. It is the vinegar in the chilli sauce that brings out the wonderful taste of the original fried oyster or the fried oyster omelette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't come all the way here for this.. it's a 30 min wait even for a sluggish 4pm crowd (probably processing loads of Grab orders). In the end, it's still very competent and I found a way to "upgrade" it by adding the eggs to the Hokkien fried noodles which we also ordered - and it made BOTH a lot more delightful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to queue patiently for this awesomely delicious fried oyster with egg. It is helmed by a team of 2 uncles and 1 auntie. The uncle who is cooking the oyster just keeps on doing batches by batches without resting.
The fried oyster overall tasted wonderful, with fresh oyster covered with fluffy fried eggs. But one thing that I think could be improved is probably their chilli. It's not spicy enough for me. I would have given full 5 star if the chilli is spicer.
I came on a weekend at 5pm and the queue already stretches out to about 10 person. My recommendation is to secure seats first before you come and queue for this. Seats there are super hard to secure if you come after 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to complain except for the super long q on weekends evening around 5.30pm ? but definitely worth the effort for time spent to q. so far the best fried oyster I had in SG.
Oyster are fresh, no fishy smell/ taste. Ordered a $9 plate, just nice for 2 person.
