★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family member who attended a wedding organised by SID Event, I was appalled by their unprofessional service. Firstly, they charged a very high price for wedding planning services alone. Yet, the wedding planner was not accommodating to requests for small changes in the itinerary and did not take responsibility on the day itself to help coordinate the event. Secondly the person allocated by SID to man the reception table was extremely rude to guests. She displayed a bad attitude and to add to that, the laptop she used to check the guest list was covered with stickers of vulgarities. My family is utterly disappointed by their service considering the promises and assurances they made before the big day. It was definitely not worth the money paid.
