But beware, parking fees is unreasonable for Office & Industrial area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous carpark . Doesn't accept my car's flash pay cash card. Held up all the traffic behind . Service staff on help line says i have to go find the other type of cash card!! They dun even sell it how they expect me to get !! And the service line is not even empathetic !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst commercial building in terms of maintenance. Toilet bowl still covered with a plastic sheet since almost 2 yrs ago and also dirty and stinky. Carpark charges also at full price on Sunday. 5 stars rating from the bottom of the heap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Killer parking rates. And not many covered parking spots for that kinda price. Ground level will be open air carpark. Not many signs to show u where to park in building. Park at own risk too as lots are small unless u are driving very small compact cars.
