โ โ โ โ โ Appointment was at 3pm. No one was there, called and was informed that admin staff will be coming. Waited till 3.40pm, no one came. Further calls were not picked up. Very small shop. Will not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ I had to attend my close friend's wedding last week and was doing last min searching for a gown that fits me. Luckily I found 18 atelier and just nice, they had a gown for me. Also, I would like to comment that the staff assisting me was very patient as I tried quite a number of gowns before finding the right one. Thanks for your great service and assistance!

โ โ โ โ โ Online it seems everything is ok but when I made appt and went down to the office there was no one . The office is dark n empty . Called Loh numerous times no answer n she did not reply to ur msgs either . Luckily I had not made any transactions but still it wasted all my time n effort . My hubby even took a day off n we went down all the way from our place in a taxi to the office . Really a lesson learnt ,better buy than rent . Beware guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely bad service by YF, she will take her own sweet time to reply my enquires for when my outfit delivery, before i make the payment. She is able to reply instantly. So the service they provide is alternation of the gown that i rent. However, she failed to deliver my gown on time, and the alternation is not done properly that i have to personally drop by on my own the second time since the first alternation is not done properly.
She also forget to sent me my item TWICE. And she will reply with hi babe, i am sorry. But she is not sorry. I do not believe someone who is sorry can forget to send your item on the second incident and took 2 days to give you update on the delivery of your item.
Rental of outfit should be more hassle free. I should just buy an outfit alternate on my own, YF do not aid with the process well with her slow response and her over promises. Especially after you paid the money, she will show her true self. becareful of doing any transactions with her.
